Last May 11, 2020, Secretary Eduardo M. Año recognized the "top-performing" regions in the implementation of Social Amelioration Program (SAP). Region XII Ranked 3rd for achieving 98.92% payout rate.

With this, we wish to extend our utmost gratitude and sincere appreciation to you and to all the local officials and functionaries of the Municipality of Esperanza for the unitiring support and dedication, thereby achieving this milestone.

Surely, we still have a long to go in this fight against Covid-19 pandemic, however, we are confident that we will be able to win this battle as one SOCCSARGEN!
